Purchased products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, under Romanian G.E.O. 34/2014.

This section sets out how and under what conditions products bought from the online shop can be returned.
Products can be returned under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. Article 12 states that products may be returned, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received, with no signs of use, with all accessories and absolutely all labels intact and with the documents that came with them, together with the purchase invoice, within 14 days of receipt, with no penalty and without giving a reason.
Products that have been used, that show signs of use or whose packaging has been damaged cannot be returned.
Condition of the returned product
The condition for a return is that the product is in the same state in which it was delivered, with all accessories and labels and with no signs of use. The right of return exists so that you can examine the product as you would in a shop, not to give you 14 days of free use.
Returned products that do not meet the conditions above will be refused. To avoid any misunderstanding, the parcel will be photographed and a report describing its condition will be drawn up together with the courier's representative.
Shipping, refunds and the return address
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted.
Refunds are made within at most 14 working days of the parcel being received, by bank transfer only, into your 24-character IBAN account, which you send by email to info@electrospeed.ro together with the account holder's full name. Cash refunds, including cash on delivery, are not possible.
