EasyBuilder 8000

EasyBuilder 8000 is the software platform for designing, diagnosing and maintaining the earlier generations of human-machine interfaces (HMIs) in Weintek's portfolio. In day-to-day control engineering, this working environment is the fundamental software package for managing the life cycle and providing technical support on production lines running terminals from the classic MT6000 and MT8000 series, as well as the touch displays of the i and iH ranges. Although the hardware it goes with has entered legacy support, EB8000 remains a critical part of any integrator's or automation engineer's toolkit. It lets you open, change and diagnose existing applications, optimise data flows on machines that have been in service for a long time and, most importantly, keep secure backups of the industrial source code.

It has the basic functions for collecting historical data (data logging), setting up recipe tables and storing events straight to the panel's internal memory or to a USB stick.

It supports writing macro scripts for elementary arithmetic, sensor scaling and conditional logic.
